About me

I’m an Atlanta native with over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I studied Psychology at Berry College and worked in public health both locally and in West Africa. I earned my Master of Social Work from Boston University and began practicing psychotherapy in Boston in 2002 before returning to Atlanta, where I’ve lived and worked since.

For the past 18 years, in addition to practicing psychotherapy, I’ve held an executive leadership role in a mental health treatment organization, overseeing a team of over 100 professionals. Along the way, I also earned MBA and MHA degrees from Georgia State University, reflecting my interest in clinical work, leadership and healthcare systems.

Outside of work, I’m a parent, a runner, and an avid traveler.
